Evidence of crickets, mostly smaller. Several areas of unit are already caulked; tenant believes they are coming in through bathroom vent. Dryer vent has fabric over end presumably to prevent crickets, but is collecting lint. Building itself is located directly in front of drainage area to west, which may have moisture drawing the insects. |
