Several breakers have been double lugged. 30 amp breaker installed for an unpermitted a/c unit. 50 amp breaker installed for a dryer. Both circuits are not properly installed, secured and protected. Exposed, unsecured and energized wiring throughout the entire exterior and interior of the unit. Some wiring is hanging loosely from the ceiling and walls with ends uncapped and wiring is energized. Outlets throughout the units are unsecured and lack proper covers. Junction boxes throughout the unit lack proper covers. Found some wiring on the ground, lacking caps and energized. Wiring in the living room wall from previous service has been reconnected to the new service using wire nuts. Porch on the west side of the property is severly deteriorated with portion of the roof missing. Roof system on an accessory structure in the rear yard lacks weather protection. Wood only on the roof with no coverings. Front porch is not properly secured. Holes in the wall on the west side near the new electrical panel. Front and back doors lack proper weather protection. Hole in the hallway exposing plumbing. Hole in the bathroom wall exposing plumbing. Kitchen cabinets are missing covers and are deteriorated. Front room on the south portion of the structure has been gutted. Open sewer from the toilet and bathtub. Room lacks wall coverings. Ceiling is sagging. |
