Commercial vehicle at the rear of the property. Two structures built at the northeast portion of the property. One over 200 square feet and also noticed unknown vent pipes on the roof. The other structure appears to be under 200 sq feet. Need to research permits and zoning review for setback requirements. Metal storage unit seperates the two structures. Storage of commercial use materials in the rear yard area. Possibly painting materials. |
