There were two shade canopies in the front yard, roughly 10'x10', under which was personal storage. There was a utility trailer in the street loaded with what appeared to be debris and refuse and at least one of the tires was flat. There was another utility trailer in the street which appeared to be empty. There was a red and white Chevrolet truck in the front yard with no license plate and appears to be inoperable as well. In addition the truck is loaded with debris and refuse. There was a red Dodge van parked partially in the front yard and on the sidewalk which was obstructing the use of the right of way. In the alley there was a large pile of dead vegetation as well. The rear yard may contain more storage than is allowed by code however it was difficult to readily see the entire yard without trespassing. |
