At site, spoke to tenant and manager, Carlos. The manager stated that the plumber broke the pipe to clear a clog and was coming back to install a clean out at that location. Explained to manager the the unsanitary pipe must be repair soon before it becomes a health hazard. F/U 24 hours. |
