At site, spoke to manager and tenant. The outlets on the south side living room wall don't work. The oven is missing the pull handle and when it's being used you can get an electrical shock by touching it. The hot water valve has a slow leak. Cabinet drawers are either broken or won't close. The bathroom ceiling, drywall is being held by the latex paint and the ceiling or 2nd floor joust move from the weight upstairs. Weather stripping missing around door. A/C unit won't get colder than 90 degress. Main water leak in front of complex. F/U 30 days. |
