| 06/11/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Visited site, mst TFD and owner on site, electric meter was pulled, gas personnal was there and had them pull meter due to the damage that was done by the fire, fire started in the corner of the structure and ther was the gas meter and electrical service entrance in the area of fire, both meters were pulled and permits will be required, condemned unit and wrote notice of violation and explained to them the process of the notice of violation, time lines , extensions, inspection fees and the citation , stated that they understood and had them sign the notice and gave a copy, also explained to them that they could not be there after dark to the condemnation and took pictures, gave them ninety days to abate, found that there was extensive damage to the electrical and structual, sheetrock, and insulation, and gas and electrical meters, was condemned |
