04/08/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the manager and she stated that the architect has meet with Ron Boost and Patricia Galen and they are hoping to have enough to have the plans submitted for approval. Will check in 45 days. RV.
02/24/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the manager and they are still working with Russlyn at zoning on getting the plans ready for the permit. Will check in 45 days. RV.
01/22/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did talk to Maria and the paint booth is still being worked on with Russlyn at zoning at Planning and Development Services Department and they are dealing with the business license. The plans have been worked on and the owner is not sure where the plans are at this time and will check with Russlyn. The are waiting for the approval from zoning and will be doing the permit. 09/24/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved All the grass and weeds have been cut with the trash and debris all removed from the property. The vehicles have all been moved and the only vehicles on the property are the ones for the auto business. The manager of the painting business has talk to the architect and they will be working on the permit. The next follow up date and will be kept on 11-8-13. RV.
09/17/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has called the Architect and checking what the status is on the permit for the paint booth. Did go over the time frame of the fines and the citation are going to be looked at soon and went over the booth being removed from the property. The manager will call later with results from the Architect. Will check in 45 days. RV.
07/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager of the painting business and the paint booth is not being used and has met with the fire department. They are able to use with waterless paints only. They have talk to an architect and the drawings are being done and hope to be completed with-in the next month. The property is being cleaned and the vehicles have been moved that were in the rear of the property. Still need the vehicles behind the building and have different vehicles since the last inspection. Will check in 45 days. RV.
