Visited site, met owners brother and TPD on site inspected, found that the home was uninhabitable and condemned unit, unit was full of cat feces, urion, trash and debris thru out the unit and shut off electric also the gas main aand secured fencing, will write notice of violation, wrote notice of violation to owners brother and gave him a copy, went over the violation, time lines, extensions, inspection fees, citation process, had him sign a copy, gave thirty days to abate |
