Vacant, dilapidated, nuisance structure. Stucture is deteriorated; roof, porches, wood features, all deteriorated. Structure has been boarded for over 180 days and was recently boarded again 5/27/13 (see previous case) due to trespassing. Graffiti present on main structure and both accessory structures. Rear unattached carport structure is also dilapidated; roof and wall coverings are deteriorated. Accumulation of refuse and vegetation over 6". |
