FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOUND THE FRONT YARD, REAR YARD AND ALLEY CLEANED OF ALL GRASS, WEEDS, AND TRASH AND DEBRIS. OWNER AND ONE OTHER PERSON ACHEIVED THE UNACHEIVABLE BY ABATING THOSE TWO HUGE ISSUES. THE FRONT PORCH HAS ALSO BEEN CLEANED AND NOW OWNER HAS STARTED MOVING DEBRIS FROM THE CARPORT INTO NEWLY PURCHASED STORAGE SHED. BECAUSE THE HUGE AMOUNT OF PROGRESS AND NO DOUBT THAT SHE WILL COMPLETE THE TASK AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS HAS BEEN GRANTED. |

Received call from owner asking for additional time, that she has completed removing grass & weeds, trash and debris in the front and rear yard. Inspection did find all debris removed from the front and rear yard, including grass and weeds. A shed was purchased and in the process of being installed in the rear yard to be used for storage of carport and porch belongings. extension granted to 07/22/13 |
