Visited site, met tfd on site, inspected and found damage in kitchen,living room area, electrical, structual, sheetrock, insulation, smoke damage, also breakers were in the off postion and left as is and explained to owner that the would need to secure a permit and repair all damage prior to turning power back on, wrote notice of violation and gave ninety days to abate, also explained to the owners the process of the notice , time lines, extensions, inspection fees, also citation , stated that they under stood, had them sign notice and handed a copy of the notice of violation |
