Met with the tenant and checked the structure for violation. Found weather-stripping lacking on the exterior doors, broken windows, lacking working smoke detectors, sinks are leaking at the P-traps on the bathrooms and the kitchen, open grounds, kitchen lacking G.F.C.I. outlets on the sink areas, electrical J-box from the existing disconnect the door is not secured and full where spliced, the exterior main panel is not labeled in the circuits and the address for the property, the water heater is lacking the T.P.R. drain line to the ground level, the vent pipe for the water heater is below the roof line, vent pipe for the drainage system on the roof not at the proper height for the cooler, the cooler is leaking water, holes on the walls near the doors, the roof is leaking, the plumbing is plugged at the sinks and backing up into the tub or the shower drains, rats and found waste from the rats and some of the outlet covers are taped on. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
