Visited site, inspected found that there was a fire that started on the exterior up the rafters and partialy into a bedroom, electromechal meter was pulled prior to arrival, found electrical damage and there was also a gas leak at the pool heater , had gas company cap line and require to secure permits and recieve a final, condemned unit due to no electric in residence, took pictures and had owner sign notice of violation and condemnation and gave owner a copy of both, gave thirty days to abate |
