EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE HAS ALSO BEEN CLEANED UP, GARGABE CANS FULL OF ALLUMINUM CANS REMOVED, PAINT CANS REMOVED, BRICKS AND WOOD REMOVED. ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE REAR YARD HAS BEEN REMOVED POTS AND OBJECTS REMOVED OR NEATLY STACKED. SIDE WALK AREAS CLEANED OF DEBRIS AND DEAD VEGETATION. LOOKS GREAT. STORAGE AREA BETWEEN TWO STRUCTURES CLEANED AND BELONGING REDUCED. OLEANDERS BEHIND THE SECONDARY STRUCTURE CUT AND REMOVED AND NOW CAN BE WALKED BEHIND, BEFORE YOU COULD NOT. REAR SHED HAS BEEN CLEANED OUT AND CAN NOW BE USED FOR STORAGE. OWNER ADDING A SMALL WALL BEHIND THE SHED SO THE YARD CAN NO LONGER BE ENTERED DUE TO TOOLS BEING RECENTLY STOLEN. EXTERIOR ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED AND MEET EXPECTATION. VERY WELL DONE. iNTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN PATIALLY CLEANED. REAR FAMILY ROOM, HALLWAY, AND REAR BATHROOM HAVE BEEN CLEANED ONCE BUT ITEMS FROM THE LIVINGROOM ARE NOW BEING STACKED IN THE FAMILY ROOM (S/E CORNER OF THE ROOM) OWNER STATED THE ROOM WOULD BE CLEANED AND REORGANIZED BY 7/12/2013 ABOUT A WEEK. WENT OVER A PLAN WITH THE OWNER ON HOW TO PROCEED AND HOW QUICKLY HE NEEDED TO MOVE FORWARD. ABOUT 1/3 OF THE HOUSE HAS BEEN CLEANED, I EXPLAINED TO TH E OWNER THAT ONCE ALL PATHWAYS HAVE BEEN CLEARED AND REMAINING HOUSE CLEANED, THAT WE CAN POSSIBLY THINK ABOUT RELEASING THE HOUSE BACK TO HIM AND LOCKS REMOVED. ** ALL INFO ALONG WITH PICTURES WERE EMAILED TO ALAN MERRIT PER ALAN'S REQUEST.
