Complaint was e-mail by Rebecca Noel of TPD to check out a property running a towning service out of the property. Checked the proeprty and found no tow truck on location. Did found storage on the side of the hosue, trash and refuse in the Alley. JMV parked in the back yard(Chev stepvan box truck). Property is not reg as a rental property. |
