The property has been cleaned and the chainlink fencing has been replaced through out where taken from the property. The white truck has been removed and has a vehicle in the carport. The permit, T14CM07442 has been issued on 4-1-14 and finaled on 1-21-15. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
05/07/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and unsecured. All the trusses have been removed and now has new trusses with a different layout. The carport has been moved to the rear of the house. All the interior walls have been replaced with new and the exterior walls have been furred out. All the windows have been removed. The property has been cleaned through out and the rail road ties have been removed from the property. The permit has been issued T13CM07442 on 4-1-14 with no inspection at this time. Will check in 90 days. RV.
03/11/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. Nothing has been done to clean the property and called the contractor. The contractor will not give the phone number to call the owner and will call to let her know. Did call the contractor and the plans are being approved and had to wait for the flood plan to be approved before the plans could be checked for the permit to be issued. They will start the process to have the plans approved. Did let the contractor know that the chain link fabric has been removed from the property through out and the truck has been removed from the property. The flood plan has been approved, T14OT00051 and the permit has been applied for on 12-9-13. Will check in 45 days. RV.
01/08/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and unsecured. The rear door is opened, 2-windows have the plywood pulled off in the kitchen and the bathroom. The interior of the house has all the drywall removed with the wood framing still in place. The wiring is being removed but not complete. The carport framing has been removed and cleaned up. Called Bathcrest to the property to have the windows resecured and install a plywood on the read door on the storage room at the rear of the property. The rear door was able to get secured and has a lock box. Called Biff Baker Fencing to have the fence panels removed due to not needed for the carport any more. Have left messages for the owner to call by the contractor and the owner has not called and not able to make contact. The property has not been cleaned and the white pick up truck in the rear of the property has fallen to the ground. Will charge the re-fee of $75.00 for the inspection. The permit has been applied for, T13CM07442 on 12-9-13. Will check in 60 days. RV.
11/13/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house was vacant and unsecured. Did call Bathcrest and all the openings have to be resecured with 4-windows having the plywood pulled off. The door to the storage room has been kicked in and the items have been gone through. Bathcrest was able to get the door to lock. The skylights have been brokened on the roof. Bathcrest was done with the securing and a contractor showed to the site. Did ask for the owners phone number to call to have the yard cleaned up and the truck pulled out. The truck has the tires removed through out. The contractor gave the phone number to the office and called and will get the phone for the owner and will let her know. The house has been secured. Will charge the re-fee for the inspection. Will check in 10 days. RV.
09/05/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Some work has been done on the interior of the house and appears to be cleaning. Some of the boards have been pulled off for lighting into the house from the exterior. The boards have been placed back and are not secured properly. Will check if there is a permit to call the contractor. Will check in 45 days. RV.
