Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the fire was out and still watching for hot spots. The investigators were on site and were looking of the cause. The owner was on site and with the sister. The fire started in the storage room and went into the carport that has been enclosed and used as storage. The fire got into the attic and the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The house has heavy smoke damage through out the house. The carport, storage room, the living room, the kitchen and dinning room are total lost. The power has been cut at the pole with the gas meter pinned due to the damage of the fire. All the windows have been broken through out. The sister Donna gave permission to have the property secured. Bathcrest was called to the property to have all the windows and the doors openings secured. Biff Baker fencing was called to the property to have the area of the carport secured due to the beams are loose due to the rafters have burned off. The owner signed all the paper work and gave copies to the care taker. The sister looked at the paperwork before signed. Did the posting and took pictures. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
