At site, spoke to tenant, Ida and manager, Jeff. At the trailer the tenant shows signs of hoarding. She wouldn't let me see inside the trailer. Storage items and refuse all around the outside of trailer. I explained the issues of storage to both of them. F/U 30 days. |
