12/03/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured except the rear door where the plywood has been kicked in. The gates are locked and not able to gain entry unless you jump the masonry wall to the rear yard area. Work is being done on the fire damage and have added porch to the front and the rear porch has been re-done. The front door has been replaced and has a trench for a new water line from the house to the meter. The front window has been framed for a new window opening and the windows in the garage have been blocked. Did call the contractor and left a message and called the person that pulled the permit. She was going to text the contractor to let him know that the rear door was kicked in. The contractor did call and came to the site to have the rear door secured. The contractor is the owner of the property and still working to finish the repairs. Will check in 60 days. RV.
