05/21/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved All the issues have been addressed. Will file a motion to vacate the hearing to have the case closed. RV.
05/19/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did an inspection on the electrical system and has a few items that need to be addressed. Do have a check list and they will call when the work is completed. RV.
04/29/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection done on the park and stop on half way through the issues. Will call for the other inspection when the work has been completed. RV.
04/10/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner, maintenance and the contractor to review what needs to be done and what has been done. Did find additional items that needs to be addressed due to on the electrical system and were hazardous. The owner and the contractor were going to meet due to has some of the issues, the tenants need to address due to the tenant have created some of the issues. Will wait for the next inspection. RV.
04/03/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did an inspection due to have court tomorrow. Alot of the issues have not been addressed. Did let the owner that he needs a time frame to ask for a continueous. Some of the issues that were brought up at the last inspection have not been done. Cout tomorrow. RV.
02/18/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the electrical contractor to check the progress for the court case. Did check the park and found additional items that needs to be addressed. Did let the workers and the maintenance what needs to be done. They were not brought up before and let them know that they need to be done in order to have the permit finaled. The workers will get with the owner to let him know that additional work is be requested. Will wait for the call to have the inspection done. RV.
01/29/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Walked the mobile home park to check for J.M.V.s and all have been removed. The property has been cleaned of trash and debris, tall grass and weeds and the outdoor storage. Did meet with the electrician and went over and showed what needs to be done to have the work in compliance. The electrician will talk to the owner to check on when he can start the other issues that need to be address. Still needs a pole to support the wiring by space 24 and 25 due to low, change a broken meter glass cover by space 16, remove the meters where not being used and place a blank cover, grounding still needs to be added through out the park, life lines need to be repaired where spliced, some panels are being blocked by the mobile homes. Do have a court hearing today at 2:30. RV.
01/28/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talking over the case and have a court hearing on 1-29-14 at 2:30 PM. Did go over the mobile home park to look at the electrical system with Rick Hollander for the court hearing. Some of the work has been done and not completed. Did meet with the manager and he is not doing the work and will call the electrician to let him know. Did meet with some of the tenants due to they own the mobile homes. Did walk the other issues and will have to check the packet to sort out. Have court tomorrow at 2:30. RV.
12/05/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Posted NOV,s, Issued Vacate notices. Icalled for help from Rick S. and Richard V. Space 17 was being confrontational. Space 40 had removed the shanties. By the time I left the NE shantie at space 17 was down.

UNIT 17: 2 SEPERATE SLEEPING AREAS, 8 PEOPLE ON SITE. HOME MADE TENTS/SHANTY. MAIN HOUSE R.V., SEVERAL EXTENSION CORDS BEING UTILIZED. 1 PLUGED INTO SEPERATE PEDESTAL NOT FOR THAT LOT #.
BOTH LOTS TRASH/DEBRIS THROUGHOUT YARD.

T.P.D. CALLED TO HOLD PEACE.

CONTRACTOR STATED HE HAS WORK ON THIS 1 AREA. NEW PANELS.
EXPLAINED THERE ARE SEVERAL ISSUES DEALING WITH THE PEDESTAL SYSTEM WITHIN ITS SELF, AND OVERHEAD WIRING. SOME PEDESTALS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY BY-PASSED, NO EMERGENCY DISCONNECT.
CONTRACTOR STATED WILL TALK WITH OWNER ABOUT ISSUES. GAVE CONTACT # TO CONTRACTOR FOR OWNER TO MAKE CONTACT.
