This was reported for unit 7; violation is next door at unit 8. Accumulation of refuse on pad and surround area at this unit, including scattered debris, pallets, etc. An attached porch was built without required permits in the past year and does not appear to be to code. Unit appears vacant; someone may have recently moved out. |
