I responded to a request from TPD and when I arrived TPD had already left the scene. I found the residence vacant and abandoned, a foreclosure prehaps. Inspection revealed a dilapidated wooden fence around the rear perimeter yard. The fence was not collapsed or fallen but a few pickets were missing here and there which woud allow access to a small person or animal. I contacted Bathcrest and requested they respond and fill the gaps with plywood for the time being. I'll follow up on ownership and a RP. |
