Visited complex and made phone contact with management and they stated they were aware and working on the problem. I called to speak with the complainant but she wasn't available. I spoke to a male who describbed the issue and as it turned out the hole in the celiling was caused from a hole in the roof. The male stated that a contractor was working and replacing/repairing the roof, discovered a weak section over his apartment which resulted in the breach. I'll follow up next week to insure the problem has been resolved. |
