The area is vacant and secured with the tenant being placed in another unit. The contractor is waiting for the insurance to give approval on the cost and are still waiting for the ajustor from the insurance company of the person who hit the building to come. The manager has talk to the contractor and may be starting soon and will work with the building insurance and go after the car insurance. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
