| 04/23/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a trailer fire. Arrived and the fire was out and was doing the overhaul. The fire investigators were on site looking for the cause of the fire. The trailer was a total loss and the electrical was off at the pedistal and the life line removed and laying on the ground. The propane tanks in the front of the trailer had the hoses damaged by the fire and the gas was leaking due to the regulators were damage by the heat. T.F.D. let the gas out of the tanks and once emptied place the tanks in front of the trailer due to Southwest Hazard was coming to pick up the tanks to remove from the property. The owners of the property were on site and signed the paper work and the area was taped off with caution tape. The trailer was a total lost and will be removed from the property. The trailers were check on both side of the damaged trailer and they will be allowed to remain in the trailer. Number 6 had damage to the windows with the glass cracking and the plastic for the kitchen vent also melted. The metal siding has worped from the heat and lacking the paint covering from the heat or aged. The tenant will be allowed to remain in the trailer. Checked #7 and was OK to remain in the trailer. Will check tomorrow on the status of the dumpster being placed on the property for the trash and debris to be removed. RV. |
