07/30/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and went over on what needed to be done to have the issues abated. The owner thought if the tenant is moving out that he could wait. The owner is not sure if the tenant is moving out or if he will start the eviction process. Once went over the items that need to be address the owner stated that he will address the issues and will call. Will check in 30 days. RV.
07/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and checked what work was done. The tenant stated that she is trying to move out and that her dauther will be here soon to help her. Not all the work has been completed and will call the owner. Will check in 30 days. RV.
06/20/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and the lock has been removed. Did check if the sliding glass door locks and it does. The tenant has a rod in the track to prevent the door from being opened. The tenant went over on the trash and debris being picked up and stated that the owner has been given 30 days and have to wait till that 30 days has passed. Did go over the issue of needing to be cleaned up and the owner will get with the tenant who has the plants on the property. The next inspection is 7-17-13 and will keep that date for the next inspection. RV.
06/10/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and she showed the concerns. Found where the cooler vent is blocked by paper being taped over the vent and the cooler is not being used at this time. The tenant has installed a wall AC unit in the bedroom for cooling. The baseboard heaters have been installed in the living room and the bedroom for heat and are working. The sliding glass door has a lock on the exterior that with a key and not allowing the door from being opened from the interior of the unit. This lock needs to be removed and placed in the interior of the unit if to remain for locking of the sliding glass door. The cooler has not been maintained but also is not being used. The roof has ponding around the cooler and through out the roof on all the units. The bathroom and the kitchen outlets are not G.F.C.I. The kitchen drain pipe for a double sink has reverse pitch going to the P-trap. The vent pipes on the roof around the coolers are not above the cooler and all with-in 10' of the cooler. Will do N.O.V. and call the owner. RV.
06/06/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site due to had talk to the tenant and she stated that she will be home. No one home and she called when almost back to the office. Will meet on Monday ealry in the morning. RV.
