Was asked to check property by supervisor Martin Romero, possibly no electrical, found that owner was running electrical cord from next door to his home, meter was pine. Made contact with owner Mr. Adams and advised that home was going to be shut down due to no electricity and dilapidated roofs, exterior walls were not safe to occupy.
