04/24/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site, spoke to tenant and manager. Found the kitchen sink to be to small for the counter cut out. Sink not connected to the drain and the drain P trap leaks. Stove/ oven doesn't work. Cabinet drawers, some open, some don't and some are missing. Cabinet hareware has mold or corrosion. Pergo flooring not finished in bathroom. Bathroom light fixtures (2), one needs a globe the other has exposed wires hanging out of the fixture. Faucet in bathroom is loose. Front and side windows are broken. Cooler doesn't work. Ilegal electrical circuit run in bathroom, no GFCI. Exposed wiring on
top shelf in pantry. No electrical cover on outlet box in kitchen. Awing is missing support bracket. Exposed electrical wire on roof. No smoke detectors. F/U 30 days.
