08/15/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and the maintenance to check the unit. The tenant was there and the electrical is not completed. The GFCI was tested and the power went off and not able to turn the power back on. The threshold was not done on the side door. Will charge the re-fee from yesterdays inspection. The side door not sealed and still has the old door sweep and the weather-stripping still not repaired, the GFCI still not working properly, the tub was painted and the surround has tile added at the tub and the marlite has not been sealed where they meet and the valves in the tub area are leaking. Will charge the re-fee of $75.00 for the inspection. Will check in 10 days. RV.

05/29/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the manager and work is still being done on the unit. The shower and tub surround will be done in a couple weeks. The doors have been addressed and the electrical has one issues that needs to be addressed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
04/29/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and she signed the N.O.V. and went over the violation. Will check in 30 days. RV.
04/26/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the manager and the tenant inside the unit with inspector Colleen Bigman. Found where the front door has a broken door jamb on the bottom and has some daylight on the bottom of the door. The doors has a sweep and not a door bottom. The AC is working and current temp. was 73 degrees and lowered it to 71 degrees and the temp. was dropping. The tenant has set the setting of the temp. for the AC. The kitchen lacking G.F.C.I. outlets and testing OK for the 3-prong outlets and will be changed to G.F.C.I. Checked the bathroom outlet and it's OK and G.F.C.I. The kitchen has a side door and the door is hard to close due to has a door sweep and on the wrong side and is binding when closing the door. The door has to be pulled to close to lock it. The manager will address and told of the N.O.V. Will do the N.O.V. RV.
