The owner requested that they be removed from the property and he would board up the property. The electrical system was hazardly taped into at a light socket to power a TV, DVD player, fan, hot plate and a lamp. I sent Martin R. photos of the hazard, then called TEP to cut the power to the home. This case is currently in court under a long form citation.

One one inside home, but there is evidence of someone living their, bedroll, food and water. No water to home, but the toilet is being used. Called Bathcrest to board up front door. Send NOV to secure home. F/U 30 days.
