The tailer is backed up inside at the bathtub and is currently full of sewage. The water is leaking at the connection to the trailer with a hose due to the connector not sealed properly at the connector. The tenants have been getting the water from the tub with a bucket and dumping at another trailer to get rid of the water and the sewage. The electrical line to the trailer OK but has globes missing on the light fixturs, expose wiring through out the interior of the trailer with some of the outlets not working. The heater and the cooling systems not working. Has no gas to the property and the water heater not working leaving no hot water to the trailer. Has no smoke detectors or the steps on the trailer are not working or not out. The trailer will be condemn due to the raw sawage on the ground, water leaking on the exterior, plumbing backing up on the interior and no cooling or heating. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
