02/03/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured with a lock box on the front door. Talk to the son and they have received a check and given the check back to the insurance due to the house is going into forclosure with the bank. There is a permit issued for the reconnect for the electrical and not able to gain entry into the house. The son has not applied for the permit and will check on who has applied for the permit. The front door has a hasp and lock due to the jamb has been kicked in and not able to lock. Did talk to the son and the bank may be taking over and not sure what the insurance is doing on the repairs. At this time no work has been done. Will check in 60 days. RV.
