04/30/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site inspection of trailer #156. Refuse and unsanitary condition of bathroom appear clean. Utilities appear connected properly, but need activation prior to occupancy. Ceiling, walls, cabinets, and floors all in poor condition. Unable to determine if A/C unit or stove is fully functioning until connected to utilies. Floor boards are warped and bend when stepped upon. Front stairs dilapidated and trip hazard. Power cord to pedestal is damaged at connection with visible wires and use of electrical tape. Electrical outlet over table is loose and hanging. Vehicle itself has flat tires and may not be operable; tires cause unit to slightly dip to side. Condemnation order not lifted at this time; unit owner was at location and advised. Amened NOV to be reissued.
