I went to 5121 E Citrus and found a masonry wall towards the back of the property. The wall from the distance did not apear to be leaning. I left my card at the door of the property that borders this wall at 5111 E Citrus. I assumed they had called the complaint and I needed permsion to enter their backyard to examine this wall. I did not notice any weed violations. |
