Uncontained compost pile placed directly on the ground on the north side of the property. This area is not fenced and is visible. Due to location of pile, it can easily attract vermin or pests. Large chicken coop with chickens in the same side yard directly on PL; size of property will not allow for the 50' required setbacks. Storage of items also present in this area, not screened and visible from street. |
