There were three vehicles parked in the street on Blacksburg St. along the S/E side of this address. All three vehicles appear operable and not disabled, wrecked or on jacks. There were three vehicles parked in the yard on the same side of the house, two backed in and one pulled in forward. The forward parked vehicle had current registration. None of these vehicles were dislabled, wrecked or on jacks either and all appeared operable. The driveway was completely clear of any storage and there was not "junk" as stated in the complaint. The vehicles parked in the street fall under the jurisdiction of ParkWise or TPD. The vehicles in the yard do not meet the conditions to qualify as JMV's. |
