At site with TPD. Someone removed the grate of the storm water culvert. The hole opening was approximately 2' X 3' with about a 20' drop. I contatced my supervisor, Rick S. about the issue and he sent me out to assess the situation. When I arrived, TPD found the grate down inside the culvert. We brought the grate up to the surface by a tow strap and abated the hazard. Close case. |
