At site, spoke to owners daughter. The extension of the shared property wall doesn't extend out into the city alleyway. The owners were issued a permit to build a property wall behind the home, but that permit has expired. I explained that the permit would have to be renewed. Called complainant, explained that the situation was a civil issue. Close case. |
