Inspection showed previously built block wall belonging to 1225 was likely set back approximately 1' inside 1225 to the east from PL dividing the two properties. The occupants of 1229 state the owner of 1225 does not want them using the property west of the block wall to the PL, despite it being on their side of the wall. Wall was not built on ROW. No violation, this is a clear civil matter. |
