At site, vacant lot, found two large piles of refuse, trash and debris. Large piles of dead vegetation also. Vegetation is somewhat still green. Found tire tracks of a construction vehicle. Found a tent in the overgrown vegetation. No one there. Homeless are using a 5 gallon bucket for a toilet. Stopped at 2440 N. Coyote, spoke to owner, Steven. Explained issues of refuse and vegetation. He stated that the homeless campers became hostel when he spoke to them so he called TPD. Camper still there. I contacted the Homeless camp Protocal Team. F/U 30 days. |
