VISITED SITE, FOUND FRONT YARD VERY CLEAN. NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY BEYOND PERIMETR BLOCK WALL TO THE STREET ALONG ESCALANTE WAS BEING CLEAN BY HOA/ PREMIER LANDSCAPING. ALLEY HAD MINOR WEEDS AND NO ILLEGAL DUMPING BEHIND THIS PROPERTY. OBVIOUSLY HAS BEEN CLEANED BEFORE. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
