At site, spoke to manager, tenant moved out and manager changed the locks. The manager stated that the trailer would be demo'ed. I explained that he would need a permit with the city or County, pending on the demo. Close case. |

Inspection requested by manager. He stated that the tenant were still living in the trailer after it was shutdown. While I was there, there was no one there. Furniture was still in the trailer. Left a notice for tenant to contact me. |
