No violation at time of inspection. Vines are alive, on irrigation, and growing with more growth on the inside part of the fence; small portions of vine appear dead, likely due to past freezing temps from last winter. There was no provision in the HPZ approval 4/27/12 HPZ 11-20 that required the vines to fully cover the chain link in a specific time frame, only that they be planted within 90 days and further maintained to maturity and in perpetuity. The vines are being maintained and have not been planted long enough to cover the chain link. Photo in Sire. |
