Inspector Cox confirmed that Taco Borracho was operating and serving food in a 40' metal storage container without a certificate of occupancy, business license, permits for added electrical circuits. He also noted that the kitchen inside appeared to lack appropriate hood ventilation system. Sign at front of property lacks permits. Inspector spoke to identified co-owner John Jacobson (sp?). Andrew Heatley not present. He stated all permits would be applied for on Monday. |
