Met with Animal Control who was on site already due to dogs have from out of state and are being quarantine. The owner has other dogs and will be included on the quarantine due to have had contact with the other dogs. The rear yard has kennels and are empty at this time due to the dogs are in the house area in the back room. The rear porch has been enclosed with OSB to 2-rooms and currently being used as storage and for the dogs when not outside. Did meet with the owner and let her know that the wall that were added need a permit or the walls can be removed. She will need to meet with zoning on the kennels if they are to remain on the property. The owner is pet sitting and will need to get approval if the owner wants to continue pet sitting on the property. Animal Control to do citation on site for the dogs on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
