07/11/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site, all vegetation abated, all refuse abated. No repairs made to home, but back porch roof and posts repaired. Called owner, he stated that he also repaired, patched, sections of the roof. He stated that he was going to re-spackle and paint, repair windows and attach shutters to the windows within the next 30 days. I explained to him that if the progress was not completed that I would have to issue a citation. F/U and meeting with the owner on 8/16/13.
06/11/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site, overgrown grass and weeds along with the refuse on the property has been abated. About 40% of the trees have been cut back and 70% of the refuse has been removed from the easement. The home is now secured by boarding. No improvements have been made to the home and the JMV is still there. F/U 30 days.
