Conducted site inspection; Tutuli's hot dogs is on location with no current peddler license. This is a different peddler than had been previously licensed. Owner showed a January 2013 receipt for a "renewal" and a City signed document appearing to indicate approval for location. No actual license was produced and suggests licensing process was not completed. Owner is spanish speaking; will call from office. |
