I went to the address and was able to see, from the street, a large Eucalyptus tree in the rear yard. The tree was not dead and in fact was rather full with green leaves. There were a few branches protruding from the tree which did not have leaves howerer this is not uncommon of Eucalyptus trees. No violation. |
