At site, spoke to tenant, Janet, and manager, Sue. Unit #104 has drywall damage to the ceiling in bedroom. The drywall has been removed and fans are running to dry out unit. Unit 204 is now vacant and the carpet and pad has been removed. F/U 30 days. |
